No appointment needed. Just stop in during business hours, browse the shelves, and let us point you in the right direction. We're happy to answer questions and help you find exactly what your body needs.
Do I need an appointment?
For physical therapy and wellness services, yes — but our wellness shop is always open during business hours. No appointment, no problem. Just stop in, browse, and stock up on whatever your body needs.
Do you accept insurance?
We're in-network with most major insurance plans for physical therapy — which means getting the one-on-one care you deserve is probably more affordable than you think. Wellness services like Muscle Testing, ozone sauna, and dry needling are cash-pay. Not sure what's covered? Just call us — we're happy to help you sort it out before you ever walk through the door.
What areas do you serve?
We're rooted in Guthrie Center but we see patients from Panora, Perry, and all across Central Iowa. If you're willing to make the drive, we're worth it — our patients would agree.
